To qualify as Dr. G's angels, the young professionals must undergo five tests. This is a high flyer screening programme for MNCs.

1. Focused: Able to meditate for 20 minutes without movement.
2. Physically Fit: Run 5K within one hour.
3. Mentally Fit: Calculate long division without the use of pen and paper.
4. Innovative: Devise a new venture.
5. Grit and Integrity: Demonstrate leadership and lead a SAG.

Recruitment is once per year, on OASA's Anniversary. Shortlisted ones will go through a boot camp, receive professional coaching, and be placed.
