Working with the Lam Institute as the certifying body for professional mentorship, OASA shall be offering training to senior executives on how to retire gracefully and giving back to the society and the company through mentoring high flyers inside and outside the company.

Programme includes class training, coaching by a mentor coach, trial mentoring, and subsequent matching with a high flyer.
