For centuries, maritime routes connected distant shores, carrying trade, knowledge, and human ambition across the world. Today, as humanity looks beyond Earth, space begins to suggest a new network of pathways linking our present to the future. If the sea once opened the world, space may one day open the next horizon.

This evening’s menu, inspired by the bounty of the ocean, pays tribute to that enduring spirit of navigation and possibility.
