Youth Career Track
OASA's current youth action-learning cycle combines the Astropreneurial Internship (Summer 2026) with the Young Mission Specialist One-Week Boot Camp Summer 2026, giving students practical exposure to NewSpace careers, mission-style team learning, and hands-on technical exploration.
Highlights
This is not a passive internship. Students work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment on projects that support the NewSpace ecosystem and challenge them to create real utility.
For one week in August, students step into the role of space professionals, build mini satellites, and tackle complex challenges with aerospace scientists and mission-style coaching.
Both tracks blend CubeSat and payload-style learning with communication, research, storytelling, and applied AI skill development.
Participants learn with global space scientists, engineers, and industry mentors, with internship students also supported through closer professional guidance.

Programme Details
OASA Astropreneurial Internship (Summer 2026): Jul 15 - Aug 31, 2026 at OASA in Shatin. Typical fee: HK$1,200 per week for a 4 to 8 week track, with merit scholarship availability noted on the legacy site.
Young Mission Specialist One-Week Boot Camp Summer 2026: Aug 3 - Aug 7, 2026 at OASA, Goldlion Holdings Centre, 13-15 Siu Lek Yuen Road, Sha Tin, Hong Kong.
Both tracks target ambitious students aged 14-19. English is the main medium, with Cantonese or Putonghua used in collaborative group work where needed.
