What Participants Build

Challenge-Based Format

Each participant or corporate team joins with a real business challenge and works it through a proven action-learning model over 12 weeks.

Cohort and Mentorship

Small cohort design (typically 12-15 participants) with mentorship led by Professor Gregg Li and expert contributors from OASA's network.

Schedule and Delivery

Core workshops are typically on Saturdays, with later sessions on Wednesday evenings and/or Saturdays, plus monthly one-to-one or small-group tutorials.

Completion Requirements

Certificate awarded upon completion of deliverables, 80% attendance (workshops and tutorials), and successful final pitch presentation.

Programme Journey

From Venture Concept to Launch Pathway

1. Foundation (July)

Reframe the problem, align sponsors, and produce first-draft outputs including challenge statement, business canvas, and project plan.

2. Deep Development (August)

Advance through UX and customer discovery, AI-enabled business creation, agile project execution, and sponsor review checkpoints.

3. Closure and Synthesis (Late Aug-Sep)

Integrate finance, ESG, risk, IP, data governance, go-to-market, and operations into a coherent investor-facing venture story.

4. Final Pitch and Launch Pathway

Deliver final presentations to investors and partners with complete sponsor-ready materials, ESG assessment, and implementation recommendations.

Designed for OASA members who are high-potential C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and professionals in finance, insurance, technology, logistics, and policy.

Key Deliverables

Participants build toward 10 core deliverables including updated canvases, Gantt plans, market sizing, investor shortlist, and final sponsor-ready presentation assets.

Programme Fee

Members-only fee: HK$48,000, covering workshops, tutorial support, materials, refreshments, certificate, and post-programme alumni support.

Applicants submit a one-page challenge statement and commit to intensive action learning with scheduled workshops, fieldwork, and mentor feedback cycles.
